Administrator/Customer Service
Job Code: Location: Windsor/Bray Duties include: ? Provide the Manager with secretarial support including the regular upkeep of all filing, preparation of correspondence and reports within the office. ? You are the primary receiver of incoming telephone calls and their onward transmission. ? Sorting and distribution of incoming mail. ? Raising of invoices/credit notes, statements and month end procedures on a computer system, in accordance with laid down procedures. ? Daily banking and associated records. ? Purchase Ledger invoice coding and despatch for payment. ? Ordering of stationery and other site consumables. ? Prepare the monthly payroll input forms and despatch to Outlook House in the absence of the Manager. ? Maintain all computer records, including the production and safe keeping of computer back-u disks. ? Customer liaison, ensuring the highest level of customer service to fulfil the requirements of the ‘Customer Promise’ including the day-to-day liaison with tenants. ? To ensure that all complaints are dealt with effectively and details passed on to the Manager. ? Operate a strict debt control policy in accordance with company procedure and liaise frequently with Manager on outstanding accounts. |
